It is my pleasure to recommend Ric Biggers for your next home improvement, renovation or new structural building. I am the proud owner of a 600 square foot garage that he and his crew built in the spring of 2008.
My husband and I had the concrete slab poured when we built our house 4 years ago with the intention to build a garage ourselves. When we started looking into the permits, drawings and labor costs, we thought we would never get the garage of our dreams. We interviewed four contractors before I met Ric at my neighbor’s house. He was building a large family room addition and she mentioned how efficient he was. With that verbal recommendation, I asked him to quote us for the garage and he met our budget and timeline.
He seamlessly handled the draftsmen, permits, inspectors and crew while keeping the communication lines wide open with us. When changes had to be made, he explained each situation and we discussed all the options. Foe example, our slab was too big for the amount of square footage allowed in our county and we had to shorten the building by 3 feet. Ric had new plans drafted and resubmitted the permits to fix the problem very quickly.
I was home most days during construction. I felt comfortable with the crew and they were always very polite and courteous. Ric was often at the site double checking that the garage was built to his and our standards. We love our garage and it has improved our property value. We finally have room for storage and a safe place to park our car and truck.
